External gpu for laptop

OUtside of a select few laptops with a proprietery connection between the laptop and the external GPU there is no usable solution.
(There are external card options out there but they are not usable for gaming, seee informaiton below).

Even pretending that the laptop you linked had specs for gaming (an i5U and and i5HQ are two VERY different cpus), you still need an interface to connect the laptop to the external gpu. The only options are usb or a pci-e interface but what is avalaible in laptops only have 1x lane (GPU cards have 16 lanes and use 8 of them).
Thus even with a card, an enclouse, and a external power supply (all those things alone costing $500-800) you would not be able to interface with the laptop at any usable speed for...
