someone has changed my language on fb, cannot read the language to understand to change it back

I thought facebook was safe and secure? Someone went in and change my language. I do not understand to change it back. I have been on fb for years and never was trouble by hacking, viruses, etc.

What is the solution?

Time to change your password!
It's easy enough to change it back.
1. Once you are logged in, click the Down Arrow next to the Question Mark at the top.
2. Select the 2nd last item on the list that drops down.
3. On the left menu in the next screen, click on the 6th item down. These are the language settings.
4. Select a language by clicking Edit on the right of the 1st item. This should show a drop down from where you can select your language.
