Unable to turn on my laptop

Had warning on Toshiba Satellite to turn off ,and to call a phone number. I swiched off my laptop and removed the battery. Then replaced the battery and tried to swich on my laptop. But it would not turn on again checked everything. But it will not turn back on.

Is the system in warranty? If yes, contact Toshiba support. Listing the model may help also, if it's old it's a lot more likely to have issues.

Try removing the battery and wall power, hold in the power button for about 30 seconds and try again. Reseat the RAM and hard drive. If none of that works, could be a motherboard issue.
