my samsung series 5 notebook will not let me restart it or enter the bios mode

my Samsung-ultrabook series 5 model np540u3c-ao3ub mfg jan 2013 shut down and will not restart or let me enter the bios mode.

Reseat the RAM and hard drive, try different RAM. Try booting it without the hard drive. Remove the battery and wall power, hold in the power button for about 30 seconds, try turning it on with wall power only, leave the battery out. Remove the RAM and try to turn it on, does it beep? If no, then it's very likely a dead motherboard.
