Hello. I have a laptop dell inspiron 3558 and for a while now I had to put the charger in a certain position to charge, I had to move it a little to left or right to charge.Today it decided it wont charge anymore and it kept showing, plugged in, not charging. Now.. it doesn't connect at all.. What could be the problem? The laptop is about 5 months old. Thank you

You've damaged the charging jack.
There are pins inside it which connect to the motherboard and they were either very loose or the cable has been tripped on and consequently the pin has been snapped.
The only way it can be fixed is by soldering a new one. Chances are you'll have to take it into a computer repair shop to have it fixed.
