my all games run smoothly without plugged in the charger .
and i have one more query that is it ok to play game while charging ,

Solution
First thing is to check your Nvidia GeForce Experience settings under Battery Boost. This is a setting Nvidia added to reduce GPU performance while on battery to extend battery life. Most people would prefer several hours of ok-performance gaming. But if you're ok with 70 minutes of high-performance gaming before the battery dies, then you can turn battery boost off. (In older versions it was a separate utility called PowerMizer.)

The other possibility is a problem that happens more with gaming laptops, but since yours only has a 2-cell battery it could be happening to you as well.

They are CPU heavy games, when you remove the charger I expect windows is going into a power saving mode reducing cpu and gpu speed. Change the windows state to performance and this issue should go away but battery life will be greatly reduced.

Batteries are limited in how much power you can draw from them (the rate at which you can pull energy out of the battery). Each cell is a separate battery, so the more cells you have, the more power (Watts) you can draw from it. It's like the difference between trying to fill a bathtub by emptying two water bottles into it simultaneously, vs 4 or 6 water bottles. The more water bottles (cells) you have, the higher the flowrate of water (power) and the quicker the bathtub fills. This is why electric vehicle battery packs are made up of hundreds of small batteries, instead of just one really big battery.

The 2-cell battery's maximum wattage is probably too low to power your CPU (15 Watt TDP) and GPU (25 Watt TDP) simultaneously at full speed while keeping the rest of the laptop powered. As a result, the laptop has to reduce power consumption somehow, and the easiest way is to throttle the GPU and possibly the CPU. Check the GPU and CPU clock speeds while gaming on battery and I suspect this is what you'll see. The clock speed will fluctuate below the maximum, causing your games to stutter.

When you plug in the AC adapter, the laptop has enough power to run both the CPU and GPU at full speed, and your gaming performance is fine. (And yes, it is fine to play games with the AC power plugged in.)
