Hello, I want the cheapest laptop from Ebay or so.. with IPS screen, so me and my friends could play Playstation games on it (with ePSxe emulator)

Recommended hardware for it is:
Fast dual-core CPU
512 MB of RAM
OpenGL 2.0 + GLSL shaders video card
Fast CD-ROM
Windows Vista+
DirectX 8

(Basically everything...)

Bigger screen (15.4"+) would be nice, 12" isn't best for my purpose.
I want model numbers not exact links to ebay, because I will buy it in my country (CZ) and postage would be bigger than price of whole laptop..

Now I'm using IBM T40 (2GHz, 2GB RAM) for it and it's quite playable, but slow TN screen and GPU makes it unplayable in multiplayer.

Thanks for answers.

The reasons why are actually very relevant, many people don't know why they are asking for what they are asking for, and to keep them from buying something they don't need, it's better to find out why they want what they want.

Since you said you did not like the "slow TN screen" I was...
You are complaining about a "slow TN screen", did you do any research about IPS? IPS has a slower response time than TN screens.

T40 is an old laptop, any newer laptop will have a better and faster response screen, does not need to be IPS.

If you want to keep in the same category, T400, T410 both have 14.1" screens, or the T500 and T510 models, those have 15" screens.

Yes I know IPS is more than 1ms slower (OMG how can anybody live with that?) but that T40 has some problems with refreshing or something so it sometimes has "ghost" pictures.

Lenovo laptops are usually overpriced here and people got it with TN screens.
I need IPS for viewing angles, because most of these business laptops have the shittiest screen I've ever saw and when you play with more people on same screen it's much better.
Best would be some model, that was normally mounted with IPS

Way more than 1 MS slower, the issue is that you did not like the response time of your TN screen, and you were looking for a screen type that is known for slower response time. A bit more clarity in your post would help sort things out.

If you wanted wider viewing angle, say so in the original post, not about a slow TN screen.

No cheap laptop will have an IPS screen, you have Dell XPS 15 (probably with an upgraded screen option), Lenovo, HP, Dell workstation models (my Lenovo W520 has an IPS screen).

This article from 2012 may help you find some uses systems with IPS screens https://www.cnet.com/news/where-are-the-good-laptop-screens/

I'm playing some games on my Dell E7440 with IPS and I haven't noticed slower response time. (But I don't want to take it to my friends, because we usually drink a little and I'm afraid of spilling something into my work machine)

In original post and title I said I want IPS screen, reasons are irelevant. I know that T42p and many others had IPS, but they cost too much for their low performance.
I know that 100$ is not enough, but for 200-300$?

Since you said you did not like the "slow TN screen" I was trying to save you the wasted time looking for a "fast" IPS screen.

Look around in your area for some models, there are many IPS screen systems, but what you can get where you are depends on what is available. I can link to 20 ebay listings, does not mean you can find them in your area. Look for some workstation class older laptops, many should have IPS screens. Dell Precision, Lenovo W newer series, HP Z Books. Many other models offered IPS screens as options, so there could be plenty out there, just not as specific models you can find. HP Z Book can be so-so, some of them have dithering issues with the displays that come and go, seemingly at random. About the only older system that is decently priced would be Lenovo X220 but it's a smaller screen.

You may just want to get an IPS monitor instead of an IPS laptop if you don't want to get a higher end laptop.
