Overheating needs to be stopped before it fries something.

If the device is under warranty still, then contact the manufacturer.

If it isn't under warranty any longer, then first I would open it up and clean out any dust and debris inside. That may be enough to stop the overheating. Should it continue, then you need to look at replacing the thermal paste, and possibly even replacing the fan(s).
