Here's the situation:
+ My laptop has 1 port for either audio or mic (really stupid and obnoxious design imo)
+ I have a headset (siberia v2) that has 2 3.5mm plugs (one for mic, one for audio) Both have 2 rings
+ I have a 2 female to 1 male splitter, the male part has 3 rings
When I plug everything in right, only my audio is recognized and I can't use the mic.
How can I get both the mic and audio working? Tried a few Google searches but there's so many variances of this situation I couldn't find one that seemed to have a viable solution to my problem in particular.
