Technically yes, but realistically no... SSD are cheap enough, go at least 256 GB. I've tried to go down this path before. Go at least 256. Even now, I have a 512 GB M2 drive with Windows 10 installed on it, and still install all my Steam stuff to a standard drive. My Windows 10 drive, with no games installed to it, just Windows and a couple basic apps installed. It's already 54.2 GB. Note I use Linux for basically everything except gaming, and then even then I use Linux for a Steam games when available. So I hardly ever use that Windows partition, and it's still 54 GB.
Seriously do yourself a favor and go at least 256 GB, it won't cost that much more, and you'll have enough room to breath at least when you install a few more things to the SSD. You still won't be installing games to it but you won't immediately run out free space.
