I have no cursor on my Easynote TJ65. How do I get it back?

Try rebooting the laptop and see if that resolves it.

If not, you may want to try connecting an external mouse and see if that works.

Also, if you made any recent changes to the computer, installed something, did updates, etc., just before this occurred, I would suggest using "System Restore" to take the computer back to a point before the changes were made.
