I have a VIZIO SmartCast E-Series 60" Class (60" Diag.) 4K Ultra HD 2160p 120Hz Full Array LED Smart Home Theater Display w/ Chromecast built-in (E60-E3)

TV how do I plug in wired headphones with the standard size headphone jack

I take it that your TV has no headphone connection at all? I did have a look at the specs, but couldnt see one. And the 'standard' headphone jack you are talking about, would that be the 2.5mm or the 6.5mm Try one of these; http://www.ebay.com/itm/Optical-SPDIF-Coaxial-Digital-to-RCA-L-R-Analog-Audio-Converter-Headphone-BS-/201730645131?hash=item2ef8155c8b:g:7YMAAOSwHMJYIYZD

You MAY need a pre amp to regulate the volume better.
