Upgrade To Which IPhone?

Just a quick question. I have broken my iPhone 6 after having it for 3 years. I have the option of either upgrading to an iPhone 6s for $200 or an iPhone 7 for $398.

Opinions?

If you can get an iPhone 8 though its gonna be more expensive than its predecessor then it's better to wait for it. Otherwise get iphone 7 or 6s both are great phones. But camera of 6s is quite better than 7 during video recording.
