I have been trying to 3 days to connect my laptops wifi card to its antennas please help!

Solution
Those connectors are small, and easily bent. You could have just bent them so they don't fit. I'm assuming you are talking about connectors like these:

They just pop on, but you need to line them up properly and push straight down. I use a small screwdriver or some small flat not sharp tool.

Hmm. That is a bit short. I am assuming you are talking about a PCMCIA card? Brand and model?

Are the antennas the wrong type/size or is something in the way? Do they fit when the card is taken out?
Maybe someone made an mistake and put the wrong antennas in the package?
You could read the (or an online) manual about the product, to see what you are missing...
If the antennas do fit outside the laptop, the card is not physically suited for this laptop.
Go back to the shop - bring your laptop - and find a another one that really fits or try other antennas there.
If you bought online, and there is a package mistake, you could lookup other antenna parts that are the right size.

Hope this helps a bit

I'm getting old. I was assuming OP was talking about external antenna's. Sorry for that.
This answer for internal antennas seems more likely. Great job.
Still OP could have been more specific and not even a thank you...
