Toshiba Satellite L55W works only on AC Power

Laptop powers down completely when AC power is cut though the battery is showing 100%. Toshiba Satellite L55W- C5220. I also down loaded the BatteryMon (Monitoring Battery) and it indicates that the battery is good and has life.

if the battery or the indicator in the battery are not working, well, you need a new battery

if you get a new battery and does the same, it is the laptop
