looks like the tv will pair with a phone for one way transmission : Media Share - Bluetooth - Phone to TV Sound Transmission But it does not say that it will pair with a sound device to produce the TV sound.
That is probably why it wont pair with the sound bar.
Try pairing your phone with the tv, and playing some content.
If that works, then that is all the bluetooth function on the TV is capable of.
As far as i can see, the sound bar needs to be connected to the tv via the SPDIF optical connection.
