when I hit the left arrow key the cursor moves left but also creates a + when i hit the f key a norton internet security window opens up, if i hit the up key it turns numlock on or off. I don't know how these happened. I know the arrow keys have been wonky for a while but the f just started. this is extremely annoying. Pleas help
