Laptop Has Black Screen No Activity Or Sounds (ON-BOARD RAM)

My Sony Vaio Model: PCG-5B1L laptop is stuck on a black screen and the Fans/HDD does not move. Power Lights are on. The Laptop also has on-board RAM so I can not reseat the RAM. Tried holding Power Button for 20sec with Battery off, did not make a difference. The laptop does RARELY turns on but when it does turn on, it will freeze after a while. It freezes in windows and also in bios even at the vaio sign when you first turn on the laptop. Is there anyway to fix this? Plz help

Have you tried removing the CMOS battery for about 30 seconds and putting it back on and see if that helps. If its freezing in bios, that leads me to believe it has to be a Mobo/Processor/Memory issue.

Before this problem occurred the laptop blue secreened alot. I also tried a different HDD did nothing. laptop fans do not spin.
