Lenovo E10-30 affected by a short circuit

Hello
I want to ask about the damage to my laptop. My laptop is a Lenovo IdeaPad E10-30. The laptop can not live even when the AC adapter is plugged in. Please help.

So it does not turn on? Since the Power Supply on a laptop is external on the charging device, then my knowledge leads me to believe you fried your chipset (motherboard) on your laptop.

I also do not understand. As I recall the incident began when I charge the laptop battery.
