Can and how do you split the audio from the back output and front output ports.

I know for vlc media player you can use different output sound sources (like to tv with hdmi cable) and im wondering if you could use front and back ports for different sound sources...

I am going to say no.

If you right-click the small speaker icon (probably lower right screen corner) and go into "Recording devices" (sound sources) you will see that you can only select one.

Most likely you will need some mixer to bring in multiple sound sources to one location and then that device provides input via the "Recording device" port. [Edited typo out.]

That said: if you provide more detail about what you currently have and are trying to do then my initial response may be corrected. (No problem with that on my end.)

May be that some combination of cables, adapters, driver configuration(s) etc. might just do it.
