If it isn't working until you move it around, it could be the ribbon cable that connects it that may be loose or damaged.
If the device is under warranty, then I would contact the manufacturer about a repair. If it isn't under warranty anymore, then I would (either yourself or take it to a tech shop) open it up and check the ribbon cable to see what is going on. If it seems OK (no visible damage, dents, etc.) then uplug it on both ends and reconnect it to see if this resolves it.
