Hi, I don't know whether I'm asking this question in a right place or not. If not, sorry about that:

I've bought a 15" laptop with a resolution of 1920 x 1080, but there is one major problem:
Cause I wear glasses, items are too small for me (I don't need that extra space given to me due to a higher resolution, cause i'm not comfortable with that). I tried to set it to 1600 x 900 (with the same image ratio) but it seemed that the picture was kinda blurry or not as sharp as if it was set to the original resolution. What's your offer I can do?
Thanks

Hi. Right click on desktop -> Display settings -> you should see a blue square with a white number 1 on it, that's your screen. Just below that you can see a slider, which has "Change the size of text, apps, and other items" written near it - try adjusting this slider (make it more than 100%).

Try right-click on desktop. Select "Screen resolution". Then click one of the phrases below "Make text and other items larger or smaller". Choose whichever size will be easier to read. Click Apply.

Hope this will help.

Will give it a try to see whether it works on scaling all applications or not. TnQ

Thanks, I'm gonna change it to see how it works on apps like Adobe Photoshop or others. I want to apply this changing of size to all applications. Hope it works.

There is no such this item on Right-Click menu on Desktop in Windows 10 (sorry I didn't mention the Windows version). But i'll test it. Thanks

For Win10, Go to Settings > System > Display > Click "Change the size of text, apps and other items"

Or you can also go to Control Panel > Appearance and Personalisation > Display > "Make text and other items larger or smaller"
