If the TV has a headphone jack or analog audio out then you just need a cable.
If the only audio output is optical digital (the most common one) then you will need a converter like this one

The model mentioned above has rca line in inputs so you need RCA composite cables(red and white) your tv should have an stereo jack
Buy a stereo jacl to rca converter and connect it to home theatre's line in input
