I have a PC and a laptop on my desk and everytime i touch my laptop that is next to the pc my headset (plugged into my pc, Logitech G633) makes static noise untill i let loose of the laptop. Anyone has an idea as to why this happens?

This does not happen when touching my case or anything else.

It's probably a bad connection. Problem is that actually finding the bad connection would take opening the the laptop case up and looking for it. The wire between the audio hardware and the speakers might be damaged. Another possibility is a bad soldering job. Is the computer still under warranty? Opening it up yourself would probably void the warranty if it is still active.

Like i said in the question my headset is NOT connected to the laptop but to my PC thats next to it. So how would a broken sound card affect that? But yes its under warranty.
