Without model numbers we can't give you an exact answer.
Check the TV menu system. You may have to turn the audio output on, turn the TV speakers off, and change the audio output type to get it to work.
As for bluetooth the TV may not have that built in. If it does it needs to have a BT transmitter not receiver.
