Acer screen keeps turning off

Try going into "Control Panel" and then "Power Options". Then click on the "Change plan settings" next to the plan you are using. On the next screen click "Change advanced power settings". It will load a new window.
In the new window check under the display options, and any other options that could be the cause (me I check all of them, as things can get changed) to make sure none are set to turn it off.
