This is more like a general sales question, here we are more concerned with specific technical issues, but I'll throw you a couple.
U can buy one of those all-in-one Home Theater thing, comes with everything including speakers, you want to make sure it has an HDMI with ARC and/or Optical jacks. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this BTW, they are usually every limited and don't play nice with other components, not expandable.
Soundbars seem popular but you are on your own there because I hate them even more than the all-in-1s.
What I recommend is an AV Surround receiver with plenty of HDMI+Optical and you have to buy the speakers separately but sometimes they come together and you are looking at usd$500+
