i bought samsung full hd led tv but when i tried to use my external hdd it can't be recognize i search for a solution then i found some blogs with the same problem and their solution is to reformat their external hdd to fat 32. i also tried it but it doesn't work either. help please

Some Samsung TVs have a dedicated USB port that supplies extra voltage so you can connect external HDD.
Check your manual to see if your tv has this feature and if it does then connect the hdd to that port.
