Hey guys. I bought a Asus G750JYA from a stranger through a website similar to ebay in my country. I met with him, checked device manager to see it has the components and it was a deal. The price was really good for the specs and it hasn't been used. But now after 1 day I have problems with it and I hope this can be fixed as I can't return it.

Specs : 4720 HQ, GTX 980M 8GB, 32 GB RAM, 512 SSD + 2 TB HDD,

So, I installed Win 10 x64, everything works fine until I play a game. After around 10 minutes the screen flickers very bad, like a monitor that you quickly turn on and off. It never happens when I enter the game, only after some time and that makes me think it may be a problem with the GPU's temperature increasing. BUT, I have connected a monitor and started to play on both displays at the same time to check and when this flickering starts it is only on the laptop's display not on both, so this kinda takes the GPU out of discussion and indicates to a problem with the display I think. But if it's the display's fault then how come it only happens while gaming and never when browsing ?
I have installed nvidia's latest drivers from nvidia website, the ones from Asus website exactly for my model(only for win 8.1), tried a few old ones from nvidia, no difference. At first i thought it was something with the game but i have tried a few more and it happens with all of them.

Any ideas guys ? Thanks.

/i have recorded it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ROTcVBMFs4g If i let it like this for 5-10 minutes it will stop doing that for a while, then start again. Just seen now that the Asus logo on the back of the display flickers too. Seems like a monitor problem but why flicker only when playing then ?!

And look at this youtube tearing test, also happens while scrolling down on websites: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lZGo8kartok#t=0.398993

I have tried some tools to find more info about the laptop's monitor, I only found this :
Windows description...... Generic PnP Monitor
Manufacturer............. AUO
Plug and Play ID......... AUO219D

I have looked all day into v-sync, tried to set it to adaptive but it seems mobile gpu's don't have that setting.

I have started the laptop now and it took 5 minutes to see something on the screen, it was black, not even the windows logo or anything, also the asus logo on the back was not lit. So I connected it to a external monitor and it was logged in windows correctly but not showing on the laptop's display. Guess this has to do with the laptop's inverter or bulb ?

Nothing happens if i move it. The inverter seems to be the problem but why does it 90% of the time happen when playing games ? Is there any possible explanation? Heating doesn't seem like one. I have been browsing for many hours now and it didn't happen. If I will play a game it starts after a while.

Yes, when i quit the game it continues to flicker for like 1 minute and then it completely stops flickering.
The asus logo on the back flickering too is weird. Maybe its something between the laptop's monitor and the gpu. The gpu by itself is ok otherwise it wouldn't be able to display a perfect image on a external monitor.
