I am currently running a dual monitor computer setup with the Hyperfx Cloud II Headset. I am looking to complete my gaming setup with launch of the Nintendo Switch. I plan to connect the switch to an hdmi splitter and connect it to one of my two monitors. These monitor do not have audio inputs or outputs. My question is does anyone know of an hdmi splitter/hdmi audio converter that will allow me to use the USB portion of my headset?

Solution
USB is not an audio interface, no simple converters do exist. You would need something which takes analog audio, encodes it, and outputs it thru USB audio card (essentially, a computer). Even if such a device exists, it will add a delay, making it unsuitable for gaming.
