When I try to type on my keyboard this comes up on the screen "eefee" so if I push on the "a" key once, on the screen this comes up "eefee" and if I try to delete it and push on the delete key once it just adds to what already was on the screen so it would now look like this on my screen "eefeeeefee" no matter what key I push it adds another set of those letters and the only way to delete them is to push on the x next to the search bar? Can anybody help?

Try this...
1. Uninstall the keyboard driver.
2. Reboot the computer (without reinstalling the driver).
3. When it restarts, it should reinstall the driver on its own.
If this doesn't work, you may wish to try connecting an external keyboard and see if it works fine. If it does, then it could be the keys themselves that are the issue.
You might also want to run some virus and malware checks on the computer.
