Can't login to my Dell Inspiron 1520.

How do I rest my laptop without logging in to it? It keeps popping up a box that say's " Your device is offline. Please sign in with the last password used on the device." I tried this many times. and i still cant get into my computer

We will not help you reset the system to bypass the password. From the looks of it you are using a Microsoft account to sign it and the laptop currently has no internet connection. Try connecting it to the internet then logging in. If that doesn't work select the forgot password option and go through Microsoft's verification to reset the password.
