Solution
The LG NB2022A does not have Bluetooth.

It uses an optical input port for sound provided that I have, indeed, identified the correct model/manual.
So you would need some sort of adapter: i.e., bluetooth receiver with an optical output that would connect to the LG NB2022A.
They do seem to be available. Just check the specifications carefully.
Connection would be:
iPhone > Bluetooth transmit ~~~~~~> Bluetooth receive [optical output] ---------->[optical input] LG LB2022A
