You can't. It is designed to be plugged into an HDMI input. If you don't have enough inputs get an HDMI input selector to add more.

you can't. the hdmi output is designed to carry the video and sound to the monitor it is plugged into. usb is not designed for this and won't do it. you would need to free up a hdmi slot or get a media bos that let's you plug a bunch of stuff into it and only has a single output to the tv. you'd select the device through the media box and not the tv.
but no way to just adapt it to the usb port and expect it to work.
