This is my problem: https://youtu.be/IMgrGogcBno
I uploaded on yt because i dont' know how to explain this.

Hp envy 17 j141nr Specs:
2.4GHz 4th generation Intel Core i7-4700MQ Processor with Turbo Boost up to 3.4GHz
16GB DDR3L SDRAM (2 DIMM)
NVIDIA GeForce GT 740M switchable graphics with 2048MB DDR3 and up to 1792MB total graphics memory
1TB hybrid hard drive (1TB 5400RPM + 8GB NAND) with HP ProtectSmart Hard Drive Protection

I already checked the ram, cpu, gpu and hdd.
It's not a constant problem. Sometimes i can log in and do my thing without any problems(the temperature and the frequency of the cpu is normal) , i can put in the sleepmode and everything is okay if i want to open it again. But if i click shutdown, the problem appears again when i press the power button to start. The problem persist even with/without the battery in and the power cable plugged in.
The bios is updated and i tried everything(cmos reset, hdd replacement, reinstall windows). I tried the stress test and a gpu benchmark and everything was fine. I bought the laptop 2 years ago and i've never replaced the cmos battery.
Thanks and sorry for my bad english.
