Hello everyone. So I would like to know what is the best uninstaller for windows 10. I know the built in one doesn't cover and delete everything so I want to know if there is any really good free ones out there that delete everything. Also what is the best temperature tracker that will also allow me to change fan speeds. Thank you.

Many times in bios you'll need to enable legacy components and/or allow use of analog fans, not just pwm. Not knowing your bios, can't tell exactly what, but that's the usual complaint, use of 3pin case fans on a board set for pwm only..

Revo Uninstaller.
For Intel cpu's Realtemp. For amd cpus amd overdrive.
Fan control depends on the mobo. For new generations, use the motherboard fan software. Asus fanXpert is the best there is. For older gen, like lga1155 etc, use SpeedFan. There is a glitch with SpeedFan though, you'll have to Google the instructions for making it a Windows task, the User authentication makes running it as is from startup impossible.

CCleaner basically uses the built in Windows Uninstaller. Revo does the same, but goes a couple steps further by investigating the pc for additional links, like the folders and orphans that almost always get left behind during the uninstall. This means it's actively searching through the registry, so make sure to think twice about any deletes. CCleaner can do the same, but it's a separate step going through the registry delete tool, and all too often you'll get 100+ items and say 'delete all', so not really looking at what's deleted. Revo's one to one approach is considerably safer as it only deletes what you assign to be deleted.
