I want to be able to raise Skype a little in my left headphone, and other applications (browser/netflix/vlc/gaming) in my right, I have looked for an application that can do this under windows 10 with no luck... any suggestions?

This is for all apps, all sound, and the first hit on Google. I haven't found any solution to this yet, not even third party software.

what your asking requires either a usb mixer with a seperate dac ( i use an mg10xu with a sound blaster x-fi sound card for movies and what not while gaming so i have control ), a dac for everything non skype and the usb mixer for skype , and you can do exactly that , left channel skype , right channel music ect , otherwise , i dont think it is possible to seperate audio to individual channels on one audio device ( onboard audio for example)

My apologies Zeppy. I did not read your post correctly as I was tired.

I have nothing ... zip for Zeppy !!

You ever find an answer to this? I'm sure it can be done but I haven't found a solution yet either.

*edit* sorry my post didn't work first time.

I'm also looking for a solution, I downloaded chevolume thinking it would offer this solution, but no.
I want my kids youtube nonsense over on the otherside of the room(left speaker), and I want my youtube and other things on the right speaker(above monitor).
I don't want to have to plug in another set of speakers.
