My laptop doesn't want to start up. When I switch it on it comes up with a blue screen with the options 'continue' 'use a device' 'use another operating system' 'troubleshoot' and 'switch off your pc'
I've tried all the options without any success. I managed to find an option to restart without losing all personal files but that hasn't worked.
Is there a way to save all my files or do I have to 'remove everything'?
