Hello. I was playing the game Overwatch a few hours ago and during my game something strange happened, my mouse kept freezing. This has never happened before so I tried plenty of fixes and still no solution. First of all, I have a razor mouse that lights up. It is working properly because the light has been on the whole time (and when it turns off it goes off). I plugged the USB into two other places and no resolution. I went into the device manager and checked to see if the drivers needed to be updated, they were fine. I unplugged it and restarted my computer twice, not working. I even tried backing up my computer to a previous date and the mouse still isn't working. I don't understand. It freezes every few seconds and then comes back, but it is interfering with me surfing the web along with playing video games. I don't know what else to do I've tried everything. I even did a scan on my computer and I have no viruses. All my other USB ports work fine.
