i have dowmloaded this version of avg nut it is not showing i downloaded it into my computer anywhere . im not sure whats going on do you have any idea ? ive tried to download it from several different websites and its just not allowing me to download it

If you cannot download any anti-virus software, then that means your laptop has been infected with a virus and it is preventing you from downloading any anti-virus software to remove it. If that is the case, then your best option is to backup any important files on the C: drive and then do a reinstall of Windows.
