You don't have enought HDMI inputs on the TV so the best way to set everything up is to add an HDMI input selector with audio extraction like this one

All three sources connect to the switch with HDMI. The switch HDMI out goes to one of the TV HDMI inputs.The switch optical audio output connects to the optical in on the Panasonic.
