Cat5 to HDMI

Just built my house but only ran HDMI from my media center to the TV. The Verizon is wired into the center w/ Cat5 wire. I don't wish to get a box from the cable company. What's the best way to convert Cat5 wire to HDMI? Is It possible?

The Verizon cable boxes can use either coax or CAT as input for the digital tuner in the box.
It can't just be converted to HDMI. You need some kind of box from Verizon.
It is possible to use ethernet cable with adapters at both ends as HDMI but that's for a single AV signal not all the channels on the cable.
