Ok so I'm working with Windows 7.
My key board has compleatly stopped working. Even pressing esc. On the start up menu a work.
My usb keyboard is not working either, but the numbs lock light still comes on indicating it's getting power.
My on-screen keyboard will only bring up shortcuts in my chrome browser. The Ctrl and number lock keys are highlighted and won't let me turn them off.
I have removed my keys off the laptop and none of them seem to be stuck. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the keyboard drivers. Held power button for 15 seconds to reset the laptop. And in my settings turned off the sticky keys.
I'm at a loss now, any new ideas would be great, thanks in advance

When you uninstalled the keyboard driver, did you reboot the computer before reinstalling? If not, I would try that.

Now if that doesn't work, and this is a 'work' computer (meaning it is theirs) I would really suggest you take it to their tech support and not mess with it yourself.
