I have Toshiba Laptop model satellite L300-1FI, my battery is dead, when I removed it and want to run the Laptop without Battery, it didn't run even the AC adapter is plugged in and the power light is green.

Some laptops will not run with the battery out. They are set up that way by the manufacturer. If that is the case with yours, then the only way to resolve it is to get a new battery.
