how to I get windows dvd maker to work on my insprion 7720 after reloading windows?

I had windows reloaded on my inspiron 7720 and now windows dvd maker wont work, it says my graphic card is not right but it use work?

Did you install your video card drivers and other drivers after you reinstalled Windows? If not, go to Dell's support site and get the drivers for your model.
