fifa 17 problem

i have a lenovo y50 70 with
core i7-4720hq
gtx 960m 4gb
8gb ram

now i have people playing fifa 17 on ultra settings and putting their videos on youtube
i have the same laptop but mine stutters a lot
contacted EA they say my laptop needs to be upgraded it is not fast enough for fifa 17.dafaq -_-
and they could only provide a refund.
so could any one help me with this please.

make sure fifa is running on nvidia GPU instead of integrated graphics, download nvidia drivers and use nvidia's app to launch fifa.

I would try turn down the settings, and work your way up and post when it starts to stutter. This may also be caused by bottle necking. I think that FIFA is more CPU heavy, do some research.

I found the solution already but thanks for the reply.
I just cleaned my laptop and the main problem was the dust.
Once i had the laptop cleaned everything was back to normal no lag or stutter
