Y40-70 (80?) w/ AMD r9 m275 Graphics Does not Detect Graphics Card. Windows 10

With many hours and headscratching involved, I have finally given up.
I can not seem to find an article regarding anyone who has figured out how to get the AMD R9 Graphics card that is integrated into my lenovo to work.
People have told me to use DD tool to clean install,
People have told me to install Crimson,
Ive even forced the card to exist, but it fails with error 43 in DM,
And Im about ready to install windows 8.1 again just to finish this problem.
If anyone has any clue on what I am missing out on, Please inform me. Willing to try anything.

PS why was my last thread closed?

I can't answer in regard to why the thread was closed, but about the graphics card...

Is it that the computer is not seeing it installed at all? Or is it perhaps showing up in the wrong location in "Device Manager"? It happens.

The computer (initially) Does not see the graphics card at all. Its one of those Duo-GPU kinda things, where one of them runs on CPU (i7) and during gaming it goes to the r9.
IVe currently forced the card to show up, but its not working. DM does not see the card no, unless I force it as a legacy, and even then it dosent work.

You got me on this one then. It should be showing up, but if is no where in the device manager, I am a tad confused by that. It should show up, even if it shows up in the wrong section.

If it is a card you put in yourself, have you tried removing and then reinstalling it?

Lenovo Z51-70
CPU i5 5200u
Integrated GPU Intel 5500
Dedicated GPU AMD R9 M375
Windows 10

Recently while trying to update my drivers this problem came up "AMD installer cannot continue as AMD Graphics Hardware not found"

Also in Device Manager under Properties of my AMD GPU this msg is shown
"Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)
To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer."

and my AMD Radeon Settings App has too got uninstalled bymistakenly

but it is visible when "Show" hidden devices are ticked in View section

on the lenovo forums, they have told me my best bet is returning to windows 8.1
