My laptop is Lenovo g560. It's making too much of noise and also it is getting overheated. The problem is that fan is rotating very fast. Will 'replacing the fan' solve this issue or not? Also I wanna know if the actual problem is the fan or overheating of laptop?

Solution
the fan speed dependent on the laptop temperature.
the higher the temperature, the fan will spin faster.
you need to understand why your laptop is overheating.
it might be due to:
* blocked airflow which can be caused by dust inside the laptop or simply because you put the laptop on soft surfaces like bed or couch.
* less probable the thermal interface (thermal paste or/and thermal pads) inside is old and dry and need to be replaced.

not as first option anyway.
How old is your laptop ?
is it overheating on idle or under load ?
Most probably you just need to clean it. if you are not sure how to do that, take it to computer shop with lab. it's 10-15 minutes of work.
