As usual you have the ''Program'' and ''Program (x86)'' in your (C:) drive, but below all of these i have an empty file called ''END'' and it goes under the category as ''File''. When i open it with notepad i can see ''{}'' and nothing else. What is this file used for and can i delete it from my (C:) drive without any risks or consequences?

Hey Kasiiquo,

Just cut the file and paste it in say your downloads folder, restart your PC and login. If there were no issues then the file probably wasn't attached to anything and would either be a null file or just a log of some sort. Then just delete it.

If when you login some form of error appears, copy the error and upload it here, move the file back to where you removed it and restart your PC for the time being while under investigation.

I would also recommend running a root-kit scan and quick clean up of your PC.

Tools I would recommend for you;

Malwarebytes Anti-Rootkit Beta - Use it to check your system for root kits and other malware (Usually requires a reboot)

Malwarebytes AdwCleaner - Use it to remove any adware from your PC (will require a reboot if infected files are found)

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware - Use it to run a quick scan of your PC for any viruses and other malware, you don't need to download the full version to do this scan, the free version will work fine (you just don't get real time protection and a few other features)
