Trouble installing some games

I am using a laptop that has a i-3 2.10 GHz processor, 4 GB's of ram, a intel 5500 graphics card and a 500 GB HDD. I was playing skyforge for about 2 months and then during a patch the laptop BSOD'd on me I didn't think much of it since it finished the patch and the game worked fine I was playing on max quality with no issues other than the standard wireless issues people get when not hardwired in. Then the next patch came out and it BSOD'd on me several times and I started trying to find a problem but could still play the game. Then I started BSODing while playing the game so I thought maybe it was corrupted files did the scan for it nothing came up uninstalled and went to reinstall and since then every time I try to reinstall skyforge the laptop BSOD's on me. The game worked fine and I really like it but I have been unable to get the game reinstalled. I did a factory reset deleted and reinstalled every driver on the system scanned for viruses etc... I just keep getting BSOD'd when I try and reinstall the error differs from the DPC watchdog violation to the failed to shutdown display driver and I have gone and searched each one and fixed the recommended things and it still crashes please help. Bear in mind the game was working perfectly fine and it just started getting worse and worse as time went on. I am also using windows 10
Everything is up to date and on corrupted etc.. I have run out of ideas on how to fix the problem since even when I did every recommended error fix for each error when I BSOD I still get the BSOD'd.
